Jessica's Pre-Workout Matcha Smoothie Recipe

Jessica is all about adding matcha powder to her morning smoothie before heading to spin class for a caffeine boost (without the acidity of coffee).

  • Natural 100% coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • Ice

Blend all ingredients until they are smooth. Serve over ice.

Jessica's Post-Workout Chocolate Peanut Butter Matcha Smoothie Recipe

  • Chocolate Coconut Water
  • Handful of granola (optional for added texture)
  • 1-2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 banana
Blend all ingredients until they are smooth. Serve over ice.
